Ben Kinmont’s “An Exhibition in your mouth,” is a multi-course meal of recipes selected from an array of historical sources. Originally produced for the FRAC in Montpellier in 2002, it will be presented at Kadist in its most free and public form yet, serving approximately 100 people on the sidewalk along 20th street. Prepared by Leif Hedendal with help from Bar Tartine, Jake Godby of Humphry Slocombe, and Leah Rosenberg. Menu printed by Colpa Press.
