An independent curator and member of Kadist Art Foundation’s committee, Jeremy Lewison was previously Director of Collections at the Tate Gallery. He is currently organising a retrospective exhibition of the paintings of Alice Neel for the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, that will travel to the Whitechapel Art Gallery, London and the Moderna Museet, Malmö. He is the author of numerous books and catalogues on modern and contemporary art including texts on Jackson Pollock, Barnett Newman, Ben Nicholson, Sol LeWitt, Brice Marden, Anish Kapoor, Shirazeh Houshiary and Christiane Baumgartner. He lives and works in London.
