KADIST presents Brutalismo Americano, a newly commissioned work by Brazilian artist Marlon de Azambuja. The site-specific installation is conceived as a real architecture built from the same clay, concrete, and glass that gives rise to the city of San Francisco. Following in a series of related works, it is constructed from materials collected by de Azambuja over ten days in the Bay Area.
