Join us to welcome Yin-Ju Chen, Kadist SF artist-in-residence this Spring. Working with video and multimedia installations, Yin-Ju Chen has been investigating notions of power and authority in human society and collective thinking, including considerations of nationalism and totalitarism.
During her residency in San Francisco, Yin-Ju Chen is developing a new multimedia work that will introduce a story of science-fiction and conspiracy theory based on the myth of Lemuria, its inhabitants, and their practices.
The event will be the opportunity to meet with Yin-Ju Chen and know more about her latest findings before her exhibition opening later in May.
